Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Infinity Diving Safari. By making a booking, paying a deposit or payment, or participating in any activity, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings & Confirmation

A booking request does not constitute a confirmed reservation until Infinity Diving Safari has confirmed the booking and received the required deposit or full payment, as applicable.

The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and complete.

A booking confirmation will specify the applicable service, date, price, payment requirements, and any specific conditions relating to the booking.

2. Prices & Payment

All prices are stated in the currency indicated at the time of booking.

Payment must be made according to the payment schedule communicated by Infinity Diving Safari. Any outstanding balance must be settled before the start of the activity or trip unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices may be subject to additional mandatory charges, including marine park fees, environmental fees, harbour fees, government taxes, or other official charges. Where such charges are imposed or increased by the relevant authorities after a booking has been confirmed, the additional amount may be payable by the guest.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Day Trips and Daily Activities

Unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation:

  • More than 24 hours before departure: Cancellation is free of charge.

  • Less than 24 hours before departure: 100% of the booking price may be charged.

  • No-show: 100% of the booking price may be charged.

Any cancellation must be communicated to Infinity Diving Safari through the contact details provided in the booking confirmation.

Liveaboard & Safari Trips

Liveaboard, safari, charter, and multi-day trips may be subject to specific cancellation terms. The applicable cancellation conditions will be communicated with the booking confirmation and shall apply to that booking.

Where a third-party operator, vessel owner, charter company, or other supplier imposes specific cancellation conditions, these conditions may also apply.

4. Changes, Cancellations & Operational Decisions

Infinity Diving Safari reserves the right to modify dive sites, routes, departure times, schedules, vessels, or activities where reasonably necessary due to weather, sea conditions, operational requirements, government regulations, marine restrictions, safety considerations, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Where conditions make a planned activity unsafe, Infinity Diving Safari may postpone, modify, or cancel the activity.

The final decision regarding whether a dive or marine activity can safely proceed rests with the responsible captain, dive guide, instructor, or other authorised member of the crew.

Where an activity is cancelled by Infinity Diving Safari for safety or operational reasons, any refund or alternative arrangement will be handled in accordance with the applicable booking conditions and the circumstances of the cancellation.

5. Diving & Snorkelling Requirements

Guests participating in diving or snorkelling activities must comply with all safety instructions provided by Infinity Diving Safari, its instructors, guides, captains, and crew.

Certified divers must present valid certification documentation when requested and may be required to provide information regarding their previous diving experience.

Infinity Diving Safari may restrict or refuse participation where a guest is considered medically, physically, technically, or otherwise unfit to participate safely.

Guests must not participate in diving or other activities while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair their judgement, coordination, or ability to respond safely.

6. Medical Fitness & Health

Guests are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to participate in the activities they have booked.

Guests must provide accurate and complete information regarding any medical condition, medication, previous diving-related medical issues, or other circumstances that could affect their ability to participate safely.

Infinity Diving Safari may require a medical questionnaire, medical certificate, or clearance from a qualified medical professional before allowing participation.

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading health information may result in the guest being refused participation without entitlement to a refund where the refusal is reasonably necessary for safety.

7. Equipment

Rental diving and snorkelling equipment remains the property of Infinity Diving Safari or its relevant supplier.

Guests must use all equipment responsibly and return it in the same condition in which it was provided, allowing for normal wear and tear.

Guests may be held responsible for the reasonable repair or replacement costs resulting from loss, theft, misuse, or damage caused by their negligence or intentional actions.

8. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during all activities and trips.

Infinity Diving Safari is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings except where liability cannot legally be excluded or is caused by the proven negligence or wilful misconduct of Infinity Diving Safari or its personnel.

Guests are advised not to bring unnecessary valuables on board vessels or to diving activities.

9. Insurance

Guests are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel and diving insurance before participating in any activity.

Depending on the nature of the booking, suitable insurance may include coverage for scuba diving, medical expenses, emergency medical treatment, evacuation, repatriation, trip cancellation, interruption, personal belongings, and other relevant risks.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that their insurance provides adequate coverage for the specific activities and destinations included in their booking.

10. Liability

Infinity Diving Safari will take reasonable measures to provide its services safely and professionally.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Infinity Diving Safari shall not be liable for losses, delays, additional expenses, missed flights, accommodation costs, or other consequences arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, adverse sea conditions, government restrictions, port closures, technical or operational disruptions, force majeure events, or actions of third parties.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

11. Photography & Video

Photography and video recording may take place during diving trips, excursions, or other activities.

By participating, guests acknowledge that images or videos may incidentally include them. Infinity Diving Safari may use such material for legitimate promotional, marketing, website, or social media purposes where permitted by applicable law.

Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional material should inform Infinity Diving Safari in writing before the activity begins.

12. Environmental Protection

Infinity Diving Safari is committed to protecting the Red Sea marine environment.

Guests must comply with all environmental regulations and crew instructions and must not:

  • Touch, collect, remove, or damage marine life or coral.

  • Stand on or otherwise damage coral reefs.

  • Feed marine animals unless expressly authorised as part of an approved activity.

  • Throw rubbish or other materials into the sea.

  • Remove shells, corals, marine organisms, or other natural materials from protected areas.

  • Engage in any activity prohibited by local environmental or marine regulations.

Any guest who deliberately violates environmental or safety rules may be removed from the activity without refund, subject to applicable law.

13. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, crew, guides, instructors, other guests, local communities, vessels, equipment, and the marine environment.

Infinity Diving Safari may refuse participation or terminate a guest's participation where their conduct is abusive, threatening, disruptive, illegal, or creates a safety risk to themselves or others.

In such circumstances, the guest may be responsible for any resulting costs and may not be entitled to a refund, subject to applicable law.

14. Children & Minors

Where an activity permits participation by minors, a parent or legal guardian is responsible for providing the required consent and ensuring that the minor complies with all applicable safety requirements.

Minimum age requirements and additional conditions may vary depending on the activity and applicable diving regulations.

15. Force Majeure

Infinity Diving Safari shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, changes in regulations, port closures, epidemics, strikes, or other force majeure events.

Infinity Diving Safari will make reasonable efforts to notify affected guests and, where possible, offer an alternative arrangement in accordance with the applicable booking conditions.

16. Complaints

Any complaint relating to a service should be reported to Infinity Diving Safari as soon as reasonably possible while the guest is still at the destination, allowing the company an opportunity to investigate and, where appropriate, resolve the matter promptly.

Complaints that cannot be resolved during the trip should be submitted in writing as soon as reasonably practicable after the service has ended.

17. Personal Data

Personal information provided during the booking process will be handled for the purposes of processing bookings, providing services, communicating with guests, meeting legal and operational requirements, and other legitimate business purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the services provided by Infinity Diving Safari shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
