General terms and conditions

Infinity Diving Safari is pleased about your interest in the tours we offer. In the following you will find our contract conditions.

The contract made by accepting your booking through Infinity Diving Safari, in accordance with these booking conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Infinity Diving Safari.
By sending the deposit by bank transfer, you declare that you have read our terms and conditions and agree with them.

Placing a contract / Booking confirmation

If you are interested in one of our tours, please send us a booking request by email or contact form. As soon as possible, one of our staff will contact you and inform you about the booking details.

Special requests

If there are any special requests for the booked tour, we kindly ask you to specify them directly during booking. As far as possible, we try to fulfil your special requests, but cannot guarantee for this.

Payment conditions of Infinity Diving Safaris and Infinity Diving Mini Safari

After receiving the booking request and clarifying all details, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the booked tour will be payable within 7 working days.
Once the deposit has been credited to our bank account, you will receive a booking confirmation.
The balance must be paid in cash on arrival or at least 2 weeks before departure via bank transfer.

Booking full charter: 50% of the remaining amount must be transferred by bank transfer at least 2 weeks before departure. Alternatively, the entire remaining amount. The last part of the remaining payment can be paid in cash on the boat at the start of the trip.

Kindly note that all payments are only accepted in Euro and Dollar!

Cancellation of the contract individual liveaboards

The cancellation must be made in writing to info@infinitydivingsafari.com.

In case of cancellation up to 61 days before the start of the safari, the deposit will be refunded, less 100 € cancellation fee per Person. The refund will be made in the month of the booked trip.

In case of cancellation less than 60 days before the start of the safari, there will be no refund of the deposit and the following cancellation fees apply:

From 60 to 30 days before the start of the safari, 35% of the tour price will be charged.
From 29 to 15 days before the start of the safari, 70% of the tour price will be charged.
From 14 days before the start of the trip, 100% of the tour price will be charged.

Cancellation of the contract individual fullcharter

The cancellation must be made in writing to info@infinitydivingsafari.com.

In case of cancellation more than 5 months before the start of the safari, the deposit will be refunded, less 20% cancellation fee. Refunds will be made in the month of the booked trip.
Alternatively, the safari can be rebooked to another date, subject to availability.

No deposit will be refunded if cancelled 5 to 1 month before the start of the safari. The deposit will be retained and the safari can be rebooked after consultation.

Cancellation less than 1 month before the start of the safari forfeits the deposit and no refund will be made.

There are special payment- and cancellation details for Daily Boat, Overnight, and Shore Dive trips. Please ask during booking for the current conditions.

Refunds will only be made by bank transfer.

Infinity Diving Safari is not responsible for any cancellation charges made by third parties, such as airlines or hotels.

Failure to reach the minimum number of participants for Infinity Diving Safari

If the minimum number of participants is not reached for the booked trip, Infinity Diving Safari reserves the right to change the boat. In this case, Infinity Diving Safari will inform you in time.

Disclaimer for own and rental equipment

Infinity Diving Safari is not liable for lost or damaged personal equipment. Lost or damaged rental equipment will be charged.

Changes to the itinerary

Due to weather conditions or government regulations, Infinity Diving Safari reserves the right to modify the itinerary.
If for various reasons the planned trip cannot take place on the named boat, Infinity Diving Safari is obliged to organize a replacement and to inform you of the change.

General Terms and Conditions of Dive Center

We have daily excursions to the house reef, to the surrounding reefs by bus, speed boat or daily boat.
Bookings are binding.
Cancellations can be accepted without charge until 12.00 noon the day before.

All dive sites are subject to weather, local conditions and government regulations. Changes may be made at short notice, even in the morning. There is no right to refunds.

Daily boat
Due to the weather, changes to the dive site may occur at short notice. There is no refund if only 1 dive is made instead of 2 dives.

Diving courses
Theory can be made available online on request before the diving course, after the fee for it has been paid. If the diving course has to be cancelled, the fee for the theory has to be paid in any case and will also not be refunded.

Fitness for diving
A medical questionnaire must be completed at check-in if no medical certificate is available. Depending on the evaluation of the questionnaire, Infinity Diving Safari reserves the right to send the customer for a medical check-up for diving fitness.

Transfer times from the hotel will be advised at the time of booking. Due to pick-ups at different hotels, there may be a short delay.

Booked dive packages are non-transferable and unused dives will be forfeited. Dives can be redeemed on all packages. The packages only include the dives, there may be additional charges such as transfers, guiding, entrance fees, daily boat, equipment rental.

Due to privatisation of some beaches, entrance fees will be charged. These will be shown on the registration form and added to the invoice.

The dive center takes no responsibility for your equipment, rental equipment and personal belongings. Damaged or lost rental equipment will be charged.

For bookings at the Hotel Onatti Beach Resort, the terms, and conditions of the hotel apply. We will be happy to make you an individual offer.

 

Travel insurance

The tours offered by Infinity Diving Safari do not include travel cancellation insurance. Infinity Diving Safari recommends that you take out external insurance.
